IGN sure seems to think so by giving the game a perfect 10/10! The game is going to be released in less then 4 days, so fans get up and go pre-order it for your Xbox 360 or PS3 now!!! With a 35-45 hour story mode AND 16 player online free roaming, its safe to say I'm going to waste countless hours on this game. In the mean time check out IGN.com's review of GTA IV HERE.
